APPLICATION SCOPE
Explosion-proof spotlights are widely used in various offshore engineering platforms and in environments involving hazardous chemicals such as LNG, LPG, and oil transportation vessels. They are suitable for explosive hazardous environments, including inland oil extraction, refineries, chemical plants, dangerous goods terminals, and storage areas. Applicable to Zone1 and Zone 2 of explosive gas environment and Zone 21 andZone 22 ofexplosive dust environment;, and suitable for IIA, IIB, IIC explosive gas environments and IIIA, IIIB, IIIC explosive dust environments.
MAIN FEATURES
1.Aluminum alloy die-casting shell with high-voltage electrostatic spray anti-corrosion treatment.
2.The explosion-proof spotlight has a tempered glass lampshade.
3.Stainless steel mounting bracket and stainless steel exposed fasteners.
4.Separate design for the light source cavity, power supply cavity, and wiring cavity for convenient installation and maintenance.
5.High luminous efficiency, long-life, and green LED light source.
6.The LED light source and the driving power supply use self-developed core patent technology and an encapsulated explosion-proof form for enhanced safety and reliability.
7.Wide voltage input range with constant current, constant voltage power supply, and constant power output, including open circuit and short circuit protection functions.
8.Various light distribution curves and installation methods to meet diverse lighting needs and flexible lighting design.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATES
Complies with China Classification Society Rules for Classification of Sea-Going Steel Ships and its revised notifications, IEC60079, EN60079, IEC61241, IEC60598, GB3836, GB12476, GB7000. The product has obtained China National Explosion-proof Certification and certification from the China Classification Society.
