Instructions for using explosion-proof obstruction lights

Leave a message

The usage method of explosion-proof obstacle lights mainly includes installation, wiring, and replacement of light sources. ‌

Installation: Firstly, it is necessary to determine the installation position and method of the lighting fixtures according to the actual needs of the work site. Then, prepare three core cables of corresponding length based on the distance from the lighting fixture to the power contact. For LED explosion-proof emergency lights, the diameter of the cable should be between Φ 10 and Φ 14mm. For explosion-proof lamps, the diameter of the cable should be between Φ 8 and Φ 14mm, and the three core cable should be threaded into the pre laid steel pipe.

Wiring: Loosen the M6 hexagon socket screw on the upper cover, open the upper cover of the lamp, loosen the compression nut of the lamp cable inlet, thread the power cable through the compression nut into the internal wiring terminal of the lamp, connect and fix the wire, then tighten the cable compression nut, and finally install the front cover of the lamp. For explosion-proof lamps, it is also necessary to tighten the cable steel pipe and fasten the lamp cover, and tighten the set screws.

Replacing light source: For LED explosion-proof emergency lights, when LED components and circuit boards need to be replaced, open the front cover of the lamp, flip down the front cover, remove the reflector cup first, then remove the LED components and circuit board, replace them with new ones, and install the front cover of the lamp. For explosion-proof lamps, unscrew the cross disc head screw that fixes the lamp ring, rotate the lamp ring counterclockwise to separate the lamp ring and transparent part from the housing, remove the bulb, replace it with a new bulb, and install the lamp in the opposite direction.
